1. What is Safe.net.in?

Safe.net.in is an online grocery store delivering fresh groceries, daily essentials, and household items directly to your doorstep. We focus on safety, hygiene, and speed of delivery across our service areas.


2. In which areas do you deliver?

We currently deliver in selected pin codes across [City/Region names]. To check whether we deliver to your area, enter your pincode on the homepage or product pages. If your area is not covered yet, you may submit a request and we’ll notify you once we expand there.


3. How long does delivery take?
  • Standard Delivery: Within 1–2 business days

  • Express / Same-Day Delivery: Available in certain locations — typically 2 to 5 hours, depending on your location and the time of order

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before [e.g. 5:00 PM] are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to area)

4. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders above ₹X (e.g. ₹499). For orders below that amount, a delivery fee of ₹Y (e.g. ₹50) applies. Express deliveries may incur an additional surcharge depending on distance and urgency.


5. How do I place an order?
  1. Browse or search for the product(s) you want.

  2. Select quantity and click “Add to Cart.”

  3. Review your cart — apply any promo codes.

  4. Click “Checkout” → log in or enter your delivery address.

  5. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm the order.

  6. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

Safe.net.in supports multiple secure payment options:

  • Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • UPI / QR-based payment

  • Mobile wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — only in eligible areas

All transactions are SSL-encrypted for security.


7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
  • Modification: You may modify or add items to your order within 30 minutes of placing it, subject to availability.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before the order moves into the “Out for Delivery” stage. Please contact us via chat or email as soon as possible.


8. What if something in my order is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order, we’ll notify you via SMS/email and offer either:

  • A refund or credit for that item

  • A replacement or alternate product (if acceptable to you)


9. What is your return / refund policy?
  • Returns or cancellations are possible before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless there is a quality issue.

  • If there’s a defect, damage, or wrong product delivered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo — we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method, typically within 3–7 business days.


10. Are your products safe and hygienic?

Yes. We follow strict safety protocols:

  • Products are cleaned, sanitized, and stored under controlled conditions.

  • Packaging is tamper-proof and hygienic.

  • Staff use protective gear (masks, gloves).

  • Contactless delivery is available on request.


11. Can I schedule delivery for a later date/time?

Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery slot (date and time) during checkout, subject to availability in your area.


12. Do you offer subscription or recurring orders?

We plan to launch a subscription service soon, where you can schedule recurring orders (e.g. weekly milk, vegetables). Stay tuned for updates on this feature.


13. Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we are developing a mobile app for iOS and Android for faster ordering and better experience. Meanwhile, our website is fully mobile-responsive.

15. Do you deliver to offices / commercial addresses?

Yes, we do. Just enter the address during checkout. Note that delivery time may vary depending on commercial zone traffic.


16. Can I gift groceries to someone else?

Certainly! Just enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address and optionally write a message. The order will be delivered to them.


17. Do you have offers, coupons, or loyalty programs?

Yes. We regularly run promotions, discounts, and seasonal deals. Subscribe to our newsletter or check our “Offers” section. We’re also planning a loyalty / reward program soon.


18. How do I give feedback or a product review?

After your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a link to rate your experience and write a review. You can also leave feedback in your account under “My Orders.”
